Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arizora handles information when you use the app. Arizora is a footwear style journal with feed browsing, favorites, profile tools, posting, and an optional AI preview feature.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the feature you choose to use, Arizora may process:

• Profile information such as display name, avatar, and bio
• Content you create in the app, including posts, favorites, inbox messages, and local settings choices
• Photos you deliberately select for profile updates, posts, or AI preview
• Optional purchase records related to Apple In-App Purchase credit packs
• Support messages you send to our contact address

For the optional AI preview feature, this may include the selected source photo, any visible facial features that appear in that photo, the reference footwear image, the prompt instructions needed to generate the preview, and the generated result image.

2. How We Use Information

Arizora uses information only as needed to operate app features, including:

• Showing profile details and saved content inside the app
• Displaying the posts, messages, and images you create or review
• Supporting optional credit purchases and restoring related app state
• Responding to support or privacy requests
• Generating an optional AI preview image when you explicitly start that feature

3. Face Data for AI Preview

The AI preview flow is optional. When you choose to use it, Arizora processes the selected source photo, any visible facial features that appear in that photo, the reference footwear image, the prompt instructions needed to generate the preview, and the generated result image.

This face-related data is used only to generate and return the AI preview you request. Arizora does not use this data for face recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, advertising, or training Arizora's own models.

Before the first AI preview request, the app shows a dedicated consent prompt that explains what data will be sent, who receives it, how it is used, and where to find this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, the request is not sent.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

Arizora does not sell your personal information. The app uses limited third-party services only when needed to complete a feature you requested.

• Apple In-App Purchase for optional consumable credit packs
• Alibaba Cloud DashScope for the optional AI preview generation flow
• Apple Photos permissions only when you choose to select or save an image

When you start AI preview and tap Agree, Arizora sends the selected source photo, any visible facial features in that photo, the reference footwear image, and the prompt instructions needed to generate your requested preview to Alibaba Cloud DashScope. Arizora does not send this data before you give permission in the in-app consent prompt.

5. Data Retention

In the current app flow, most preferences and content state are stored locally on the device. For AI preview, Arizora keeps the selected source photo only as needed to prepare and transmit the active request and does not store that source face photo on Arizora's own servers for this feature.

The generated result remains in the app flow unless you choose to save it to Photos. Alibaba Cloud DashScope result links may remain available for up to 24 hours. Any image you explicitly save remains on your device until you delete it.

6. Your Choices

• You can stop using the AI preview feature at any time
• You can decline the preview consent prompt, in which case no preview request is sent
• You can turn off remembered consent in Settings so the app asks again before a future AI preview request
• You can remove local account data through the app's account deletion flow
• You can contact us for privacy questions or support help

7. Children's Privacy

Arizora is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
